I support women through demanding phases of life, including high-pressure work environments, chronic stress, pregnancy, postpartum, and the mental and physical load of modern life. The focus is always the same: slowing down, creating space, and learning to listen to the body instead of pushing through.
I also work with companies to create healthier, more inclusive environments for women, offering yoga sessions and wellbeing workshops designed for today’s workplace.
