I'm a yoga teacher, women’s wellbeing guide, and the founder of Lulu Yoga — a space created to support women through the many transitions of modern life.
My work blends yoga, breathwork, and holistic lifestyle tools to help women manage stress, reconnect with their bodies, and build sustainable wellbeing.
Whether it’s navigating a demanding career, pregnancy, postpartum, hormonal shifts, or simply the pressure of doing it all, I believe every woman deserves practical tools and a grounded space to recharge, reset, and feel strong again — in her body and her life.
I discovered yoga in 2015, and what began as a way to release tension quickly became a lifelong passion. After becoming a mother, I trained in Bali and became a certified yoga teacher.
I fell in love with teaching Vinyasa yoga — dynamic, flowing practices that ground the body and calm the mind. Over the years, I’ve taught women navigating busy careers, anxiety, pregnancy, postpartum, and the mental load of modern life. I saw how yoga helped them slow down, reconnect, and find space to breathe again.
Through my own experience working in a highly corporate environment, I also saw how much pressure women carry — and how often their wellbeing needs are overlooked. It’s one of the reasons I developed offers specifically designed to support women at work and to help companies create more inclusive, balanced environments.
But as I continued working with women, I realised movement alone wasn’t enough.
Many of the challenges they faced — stress, low energy, digestion, hormones, anxiety — lived beyond the mat. I wanted to support them more deeply and more holistically.
That’s what led me to explore naturopathy.
Its foundations immediately resonated with me: understanding the body as a whole, supporting the nervous system, improving digestion, balancing energy, and creating sustainable, supportive habits.
Today, I naturally integrate these fundamental naturopathic principles into my work — in a grounded, accessible, and realistic way — to help women feel better in their bodies and in their daily lives.
This is how Lulu Yoga grew into a method that supports women throughout all stages of life — through yoga, breathwork, holistic lifestyle guidance, pregnancy, postpartum, and the everyday demands of being a woman today.
I help women reconnect with their bodies, their cycles, and their energy through yoga, breathwork, holistic coaching, and the fundamentals of naturopathy — so they can find balance, confidence, and calm in the reality of their daily lives.
My work supports women through every chapter of womanhood — from high-pressure careers and chronic stress to pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional load of modern life.
And because wellbeing doesn’t stop when we step into the office,
I also collaborate with companies to create healthier and more inclusive workplaces, offering yoga sessions, wellbeing workshops, and HR-focused trainings on the female cycle, hormones, and stress regulation.
Some of my weekly yoga classes are also open to everyone who simply wants to move, breathe, and feel better.
My mission is simple:
to help women thrive — in their bodies, their energy, and their careers — and to help companies support them better.
