Hi, I’m Juliette ☀️

I'm a yoga teacher, women’s wellbeing guide, and the founder of Lulu Yoga — a space created to support women through the many transitions of modern life.


My work blends yoga, breathwork, , naturopathy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to help women manage stress, life challenges, reconnect with their bodies, and build sustainable wellbeing.

Whether it’s navigating a demanding career, pregnancy, postpartum, hormonal shifts, or simply the pressure of doing it all, I believe every woman deserves practical tools and a grounded space to recharge, reset, and feel strong again — in her body and her life.

MY APPROACH


Holistic. Practical. Science-informed. Intuitive.

I combine yoga, meditation, breathwork, coaching, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and the fundamentals of naturopathy into a fully integrated method designed to support women on every level — physical, emotional, hormonal, mental, and energetic.

Each modality plays a specific role, but it’s their connection that creates real transformation.
Yoga and breathwork regulate the nervous system and reconnect you to your body.
Meditation builds awareness and emotional resilience.
NLP works at the level of thought patterns, beliefs, and subconscious conditioning — helping you shift what drives your habits, reactions, and self-perception.
Coaching brings clarity, direction, and accountability.
Naturopathy supports the body’s natural balance through simple, aligned lifestyle choices.

Together, this creates a 360° approach — not just managing symptoms, but addressing root causes and creating lasting change from the inside out.

I don’t believe in extreme routines or restrictive wellness trends.
I believe in simple, sustainable practices that integrate into your real life — and create deep, long-term shifts.

Breathwork, cycle awareness, nervous system tools, and naturopathy-based practices to support digestion, hormones, stress, and energy.
Coaching to unlock limiting beliefs and internal blockages — and hands-on guidance to help you apply the tools, not just understand them.

MY MISSION


I help women reconnect with their bodies, their cycles, and their energy through yoga, breathwork, holistic coaching, and the fundamentals of naturopathy — so they can find balance, confidence, and calm in the reality of their daily lives.

My work supports women through every chapter of womanhood — from high-pressure careers and chronic stress to pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional load of modern life.

And because wellbeing doesn’t stop when we step into the office,
I also collaborate with companies to create healthier and more inclusive workplaces, offering yoga sessions, wellbeing workshops, and HR-focused trainings on the female cycle, hormones, and stress regulation.

Some of my weekly yoga classes are also open to everyone who simply wants to move, breathe, and feel better.

My mission is simple:
to help women thrive — in their bodies, their energy, and their careers — and to help companies support them better.
