This format is designed as a two-part 1:1 experience, offering both clarity and direct application.

We begin with a 60-minute private consultation to assess where you are right now — how your energy is organised, what feels overloaded, and where the most effective leverage point lies.

This is immediately followed by a 60-minute private yoga session, fully adapted to what emerged during the consultation, so you leave not only with insight, but with a concrete embodied experience.
