In this intimate online session, we will move through a slow Yin Yoga practice designed to soften the body and calm the mind, followed by a deep Yoga Nidra relaxation to guide you into a state of profound rest.

To close the practice, we will share a simple symbolic ritual of letting go, creating space for clarity, lightness, and renewal.

This session is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more grounded.
