Short Pain relief practices

This collection of short yoga practices is designed to support you through moments of physical or emotional discomfort — when your body needs care, not pressure.

Each flow focuses on a specific experience such as tension, period discomfort, bloating, constipation, low energy, anxiety, or feeling unwell, and offers gentle movement and breathwork to help ease discomfort and create space.

These practices are:

  • short and easy to fit into real life

  • slow, grounding, and accessible to all levels

  • focused on relief, regulation, and comfort rather than performance

You can come to these flows whenever something feels off — for a few minutes of support, without needing to commit to a full class or push your body.

This is not about fixing yourself or forcing results.
It’s about listening, responding, and offering your body what it needs in the moment.
