Join me every Monday morning for a free 30-minute live online yoga session

designed to help you reset your nervous system and start the week with more clarity, energy, and grounded focus.

This practice is structured in two parts:
• The first 15 minutes are dynamic and activating, supporting circulation, strength, and mental alertness.
• The final 15 minutes are dedicated to down-regulating the nervous system, releasing accumulated tension, and restoring a sense of internal calm through slower, intentional movements and deep stretches..

This is not about performance or flexibility.
It’s about learning how to shift out of tension, regulate stress, and build a sustainable rhythm — especially when life or work feels demanding.

The class is accessible to all levels. You’re invited to listen to your body and adapt the practice to your own needs.

You’ll receive the Zoom link and all joining details in your confirmation email.

This class is free / pay-what-you-can.
There’s no obligation to contribute. If you wish, you can leave a voluntary contribution when you sign up.

Please note that replays are not included for the live Zoom classes. Access to replays is available through the membership.

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Download the Zoom app on mobile or desktop (free)

2. Sign up for your virtual class on the schedule page (right here)

3. You’ll get a Zoom link in your confirmation in your email to use when class begins.

4. You’ll also get a reminder email 15 minutes prior to the start time.

5. You’ll be admitted from the “waiting room” at the time of class.

6. Your video can be on or off. All participants will be muted when class begins. Practice along and enjoy.

*Class may be last-minute canceled. Pre-registrants will get an email when this happens. Canceling is rare, but if it happens it's likely due to illness, parent exhaustion, an inconsolable baby or an emergency.

1:1 Private Yoga session

Experience yoga tailored entirely to your needs with a 1:1 private session. Whether you’re new to yoga, focusing on specific goals, or seeking personalized guidance, this session is designed to meet you where you are and help you progress with intention.

Each private session is 60 minutes and includes:

  • A yoga flow customized to your body, goals, and experience
  • Personalized adjustments and modifications to suit your unique needs
  • Breathwork and mindfulness techniques to enhance your overall well-being

For Your First Session:

If it’s your first time, I recommend booking a longer session (1.5–2 hours) to make the most out of your training.

During this session, we will:

  • Discuss your goals, expectations, and experience with yoga
  • Analyze your posture and alignment to create a tailored approach
  • Begin with a personalized practice to set the foundation for future sessions

If you’d prefer a shorter introduction, you’re welcome to book a 60-minute session to get a feel for my teaching style, but I strongly advice you to take the time for this longer first session.

Where and How:
This session will automatically come as online, but you can opt for a home visit (available within 30 km of Mersch, with additional fees for locations further away). Just let me know during our call:

While a single session is a great way to start, consistent practice is where the real transformation happens. Investing in a 6-week package allows you to:

Prices:

  • 60-minute session: €120
  • 1.5–2-hour first session: €150
  • 6-week package (once a week): €580
  • 6-week package (twice a week): €998
