Hi, I'm Juliette ☀️
I discovered yoga in 2015, and what started as a way to move and release tension quickly became a lifelong passion. After becoming a mom for the first time, I trained in Bali and became a certified yoga teacher.
I fell in love with teaching Vinyasa yoga—a dynamic style where movement connects with breath. I love how it energizes the body, calms the mind, and brings balance. While Vinyasa is for everyone, I especially love teaching it to busy, stressed people because I see how much they benefit from slowing down and reconnecting with themselves.
When I became pregnant with my second child, my path shifted. I was overwhelmed by confusing advice about what was safe during pregnancy. And after my first birth, postpartum recovery felt like years, not months, before I felt strong and at home in my body again. That’s why I decided to specialize in prenatal and postnatal yoga—to give other moms the clear, supportive guidance I once wished I had.
